REC 2Q Release notes
Version 1.50
May 15, 2024
- buzzer Error silenced to 10% after the third signal
- in case of current limit when low SOC, high or low temp the charge/discharge limitation is calculated from the battery capacity not the inverter. (in the previous version it was 30 or 50 % of the minimum value devices x their max current or the capacity x CHAC or DCHC) usually the battery capacity is quite large so limiting this way should provide more usable energy at low SoC.
- If the max cell voltage is > end of charge + 3 mV we start reducing the current. If it is > 6 mV over the End of charge voltage the max charge voltage CCV is fixed so it stops rising the max cell voltage so no overshoots are present any more and the charge current is limited to this average current new start. So the voltage/current limitation is keeping the cells from shooting up.
- if the chemistry is changed all settings that should be changed for the set chemistry are automatically reset to a default for that chemistry. Also works as a factory reset for those settings.
